Make these a little healthier by substituting the sour cream with plain greek yogurt and the canola oil for avocado oil. Boom, healthy!
PB & J SMOOTHIE
3/4 cup frozen blueberries (put your blueberries in the freezer!)
3/4 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries
3/4 unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I used Almond Breeze)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup ice
Directions: Place all the ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.
